Despite being a multiverse parody, will there be content and a harem ending?
Will there be incest, since there is a sister?
And is the content forced or can it be avoided? By this I mean some fetishes or labels that sometimes appear in the game that aren't to everyone's liking, such as lesbian, NTR, femdom, etc.

Regarding fetishes, we will try to make such content optional, giving the player the ability to choose how to proceed—there will definitely be no forcing.
